ZN85-40.5 indoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, suitable for KYN61-40.5 (Z) switchgear, is applicable to three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV power systems, and complies with GB1984-2014 standard. It is mainly used in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations, can cut load current, overload current and fault current, and supports frequent operations. This circuit breaker is equipped with CT19 spring operating mechanism, and the products are divided into fixed type and withdrawable type. Its performance reaches E2-C2-M2 level, and the mechanical life is 10000 times. It can operate at an ambient temperature of -15℃ to +40℃ and an altitude of 1000m (expandable to 3500m). The product is compatible with mainstream switchgears with widths of 1200mm, 1400mm and 1680mm, and has good versatility. Its arc extinguishing system controls the opening and closing status through the linkage of the transmission rod and the insulator, adopts a floor-standing structure and composite insulation method, and the operating mechanism adopts a modular design. Supporting equipment includes fuse withdrawable carts, isolation withdrawable carts and so on. The withdrawable cart is equipped with a screw-nut pushing mechanism, which can move between the disconnect/test position and the working position, and has the function of self-locking and anti-shifting. This circuit breaker is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban infrastructure construction, new energy and smart grid and other fields.
The rated voltage of this circuit breaker is 40.5kV, three-phase AC 50Hz, and the rated currents include 630A, 1250A, 1600A and 2000A. The rated short-circuit breaking current is 25kA and 31.5kA, and the rated short-time withstand current (4S) is 25kA and 31.5kA. Both the rated peak withstand current and the rated short-circuit making current (peak value) are 63kA and 80kA. In terms of insulation level, the rated short-time power frequency withstand voltage (1min) is 95kV, and the rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak value) is 185kV. The number of rated short-circuit current breaking times is 20, and the mechanical life is 10000 times. The rated operating sequence is open - 0.3s - close-open - 180s - close-open. The rated operating voltages are AC/DC220V and AC/DC110V, and the rated operating currents are 0.96A and 1.05A. The operating mechanism is spring energy-storage type, which can be operated by AC, DC or manually. The products are divided into fixed type and withdrawable type, and are compatible with switchgear models such as XGN17-40.5, JYN1-40.5 and KYN10-40.5.
